Method

Preparation of Hashbrown Burger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add hashbrowns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In the same skillet, add the eggs and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or scrambled).

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the bun, layer hashbrowns, Swiss cheese, maple pulled ham, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of homemade mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the bun.

Cooking the Seasoned Potatoes

  1. 5

    Prepare and Season the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Bake the Potatoes

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Meal

Serve the hashbrown burger alongside the seasoned potatoes and a side of assorted fresh fruits.
