Preparation

   Chill the Glass

   Start by chilling a coupe or martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, combine the KY Owl Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters.

   Add Ice and Stir

   Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain into Glass

   Discard the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

   Garnish

   Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and place it in the glass as a garnish. Add the maraschino cherry on top.
