Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the jumbo shrimp under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Heat Olive Oil
In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook Shrimp
Add the seasoned jumbo shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until fully cooked.

Add White Wine
Pour in 1 cup of white wine and bring to a simmer. Allow the wine to reduce by half for about 2-3 minutes.

Incorporate Butter
Reduce heat to low and stir in 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice until melted and combined.

Season to Taste
Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper if desired.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove the skillet from heat. Plate the shrimp and drizzle the sauce over them. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
