Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all fruits thoroughly under running water. Peel the oranges and pineapple, and remove the cores from the pineapple. For cranberries, ensure they are fresh and free from any blemishes.

  2. 2

    Juicing the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a hand-held juicer or simply squeeze the juice into a bowl, straining the seeds.

  3. 3

    Juicing the Pineapple

Cut the pineapple into smaller chunks and blend them in a blender until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.

  4. 4

    Juicing the Cranberries

In a small pot, combine the cranberries with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the cranberries pop and soften. Blend the mixture until smooth and strain through a sieve to extract the juice.

Mixing

  1. 5

    Combine Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly extracted orange, pineapple, and cranberry juices. Stir well to mix thoroughly.

  2. 6

    Sweetening the Juice

Taste the juice mixture and add sugar or honey to your desired sweetness. Stir until fully dissolved.

Serving

  1. 7

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately over ice. Enjoy your refreshing juice!
