In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the olive oil, salt, and flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the risen dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss to coat.
