Prepare the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add Vegetables
Add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, stirring occasionally.

Add Spinach
Stir in the spinach and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Plate the Dish
Serve the linguine and vegetable mixture on plates. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil before serving.
