Fish Preparation

Prepare the Garlic
Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.

Pan-Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Once the oil is hot, place the fish in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the fish is cooking, wash and dry the mixed salad greens. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.

In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
