Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Apply Marinade

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure that the fillets are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

  2. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill grates. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has grill marks.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the seasoned vegetables on a grill basket or skewers. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Once cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon fillet alongside the seasonal vegetables. Enjoy!
