Preparing the Chicken Breast

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped rosemary. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Roast the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Add Cream and Truffle Oil
Pour in the heavy cream and black truffle oil, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once the chicken is done roasting, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken breast and place it on a plate, drizzling the mushroom sauce over the top.
