Preparing the Shrimp
Cook the Shrimp
Once the water reaches a boil, add the jumbo shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Drain and Set Aside
Drain the shrimp and set them aside on a plate.
Making Salsa Rosa
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ketchup and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
Add Flavorings
Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Adjust Seasoning
Taste the salsa rosa and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Serving
Plate the Shrimp
Arrange the cooled jumbo shrimp on a serving platter.
Serve with Salsa Rosa
Serve the shrimp with the salsa rosa on the side for dipping.
