Main Ingredients

Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Making Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 3

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 4

    Add the Flavors

Once melted, stir in the minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 5

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to the sauce, adjusting to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the preheated grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 7

    Flip the Salmon

Carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate and Drizzle

Remove the salmon from the grill and place it on a serving platter. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the grilled salmon.

  2. 9

    Garnish

Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
