Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the Brabant potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Shrimp

Add the Gulf shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Add Peas and Mushrooms

Stir in the frozen peas and sliced mushrooms, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and stir gently. Fold in the cooked Brabant potatoes and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
