Directions
1. Preparation of Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into uniform cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.
2. Cooking Potatoes
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender but not fully cooked. Drain and let them cool for a few minutes.
3. Frying Potatoes
In a large skillet or deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the partially cooked potatoes in a single layer. Fry for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
4. Seasoning Potatoes
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. While they are still hot, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
5. Serving
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot as a side dish.
