In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

Rinse the Rice
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for another 5 minutes.
