In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder until they are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and honey to the saucepan. Stir until well combined and heated through.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
