Method
Preparation of Cauliflower
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This high heat will help achieve crispy cauliflower.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets. Try to keep them as uniform in size as possible for even cooking.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well until all florets are evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss well to coat.
Preparation of Ranch Dip
- 6
Mix Ranch Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- 7
Season the Dip
Add salt to taste to the ranch dip and mix well. Adjust other seasonings if desired.
Serving
- 8
Plate and Serve
Serve the crispy buffalo cauliflower hot with a side of the ranch dip for dipping. Enjoy your delicious appetizer!
