Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your wood-fired oven to 500°F (260°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a grill rack or directly on the oven grate. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Creamy GA House Farm Bleu Rub Preparation

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 4

    Chill the Rub

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Jumbo Ranch Crudites Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Ranch Dip

In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

  2. 6

    Serve

Chill the ranch dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This can also be served alongside fresh vegetables for dipping.
