Swordfish Steak

Method

Swordfish Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Swordfish

Pat the swordfish steak dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Swordfish

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the swordfish steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice golden crust. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Broccolini

  1. 3

    Prepare the Broccolini

In the same skillet used for the swordfish, add olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Cook the Broccolini

Add the broccolini to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender yet crisp.

Gnocchi

  1. 5

    Cook the Gnocchi

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.

  2. 6

    Finish the Gnocchi

Drain the gnocchi and return to the pot. Add butter and toss until melted. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
