Method

Cooking the Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing the Vegetables

  1. 2

    Heat Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 3

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

  3. 4

    Add Vegetables

Add the zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. 5

    Add Spinach

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until wilted.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together to combine.

  2. 7

    Add Parmesan

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta primavera and toss to combine evenly. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve Hot

Serve the pasta primavera hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
