Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the white fish fillets, making sure they are well coated in the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before flaking it into bite-sized pieces.

Cabbage Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Cabbage Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss everything together until well mixed. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Spicy Crema Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Spicy Crema

In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined. Adjust the spiciness by adding more sriracha if desired.

Assembling the Tacos

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet. To each tortilla, add a portion of the grilled fish, top with the cabbage slaw, and drizzle with the spicy crema. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
