Prepare the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the salmon fillets. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Salmon
Once the skillet is hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the salmon is blackened and cooked through.

Prepare the Salad
While the salmon is cooking, chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add the house Caesar dressing and toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.

Assemble the Dish
Divide the dressed romaine onto serving plates. Top with blackened salmon fillets, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and add croutons on top.
