Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Mix Everything Together
In the same skillet used for the chicken, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cooked penne pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Stir in the cheese mixture until everything is well coated and heated through. If needed, add a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce.
