Preparing the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts, making sure they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

Chop the Vegetables
While the chicken is marinating, chop the romaine lettuce, spinach, red cabbage, carrots, and cucumber. Combine them in a large salad bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes until well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Once the chicken has cooled down, slice it into strips and add it to the salad base. Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss to combine.
