Method
Vegetable Spring Rolls
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine the julienned carrots, shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, chopped green onion, and soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
- 2
Assemble the Rolls
Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a tablespoon of the vegetable mixture in the center, fold the sides over, and roll it tightly. Repeat for all wrappers.
- 3
Fry the Rolls
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Mini Meatballs
- 4
Prepare the Mixture
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 5
Form the Meatballs
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 6
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and browned.
Stuffed Mushrooms
- 7
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- 8
Stuff the Mushrooms
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill the caps with the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.
- 9
Bake the Mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until the tops are golden and bubbly.
