Prep the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, letting the excess drip off. Then, coat it in the dry mixture, ensuring it's fully covered.

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan, heat enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan over medium heat.

Fry the Wings
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and honey. Mix until smooth and well combined.

In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken pieces with the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Chop the green onions and use them to garnish the wings. Serve with celery sticks on the side.
