Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.

  3. 3

    Prepare Wet Mixture

In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk until fully combined.

Breading

  1. 4

    Coat the Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, letting the excess drip off. Then, coat it in the dry mixture, ensuring it's fully covered.

  2. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large frying pan, heat enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan over medium heat.

Cooking

  1. 6

    Fry the Wings

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 7

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and honey. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. 8

    Coat the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken pieces with the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Chop the green onions and use them to garnish the wings. Serve with celery sticks on the side.
