Grilled Vegetables

Method

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the broccoli crowns into smaller florets. Slice the zucchini into rounds. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and green beans. Leave the shishito peppers whole.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Brussels Sprouts

In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, sweet chili sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Brush the remaining vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, green beans, and shishito peppers) with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

  5. 5

    Grill the Brussels Sprouts

Place the marinated Brussels sprouts on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning once, until they are crispy and caramelized.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove all the grilled vegetables from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
