Instructions

1

Infuse the Tequila

Slice the fresh green chiles in half and add them to a bottle of blanco tequila. Allow the tequila to infuse for at least 24 hours to achieve the desired spice level.

2

Prepare the Glass

Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip it into a mixture of sea salt and finely chopped green chiles to create the spicy rim.

3

Mix the Margarita

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of the infused tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of orange liqueur. Shake well until chilled.

4

Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
