Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into wedges.

4. Fry the Avocado
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Dip avocado wedges into the tempura batter and carefully place in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

6. Assemble the Burger
Toast the brioche buns. Spread spicy aioli on the bottom bun, add the cooked chicken patty, top with fried avocado, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato slices, house pickles, and red onion. Finish with the top bun.
