Garlic Whipped Potatoes

Cook the Potatoes
Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain the potatoes and set aside.

Cook the Garlic
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Whip the Potatoes
In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, sautéed garlic, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Use a potato masher or electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Mac & Cheese

Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheese and Combine
Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Add the cooked macaroni, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
