Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and sauté the sliced onions and mushrooms until they are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Add the diced green chiles and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add Prime Rib
Add the shaved prime rib to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir to combine everything.

In a baking dish, layer the prime rib mixture evenly. Top with shredded muenster cheese.
