Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, smoked paprika, and water until smooth.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Coat the Vegetables
Dip the cauliflower and broccoli florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.

Fry the Bites
Carefully drop the battered florets into the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve the buffalo bites hot with your favorite buffalo dipping sauce.
