Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tail

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, from the middle of the tail to the end. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the lobster meat.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Melt the drawn butter and brush half of it over the exposed lobster meat. Squeeze half of the lemon juice over the lobster for added flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Roast the Lobster Tail

Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the lobster tail from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the lobster and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
