In a cocktail shaker, combine the Crème de Noyaux, Crème de Cacao, and cold brew coffee. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

In a serving glass or bowl, add a generous scoop of ice cream. Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice cream, allowing it to soak in slightly.
