Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Season the Chicken
Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the chicken thighs. Toss to coat evenly.

Add Flavorings
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped fresh rosemary to the melted butter, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Roast the Chicken
Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
