Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Chicken

Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the chicken thighs. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 3

    Add Flavorings

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped fresh rosemary to the melted butter, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Coat the Chicken

Pour the garlic-rosemary butter over the chicken thighs and toss to ensure they are well coated.

  5. 5

    Roast the Chicken

Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.

  6. 6

    Serve

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your roasted chicken thighs with your choice of sides.
