Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water.

Chop the iceberg lettuce and spring mix into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a large salad bowl.

Grate the carrot and mix it into the salad bowl.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine canned tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Marinara Sauce

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Set Up the Breading Station

Dip each mozzarella stick first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure they are fully coated.

Bread the Mozzarella Sticks

Place the breaded mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape while frying.

Chill the Breaded Sticks

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Remove the fried mozzarella sticks from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Serve warm with the homemade marinara sauce.

Season the ribeye steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, depending on thickness. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Steak

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add sliced onions, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

Slice the rested steak thinly. Split the bread rolls and layer the sliced steak on the bottom half. Top with the sautéed vegetables and then place the American cheese slices on top. You can place the assembled sandwiches under a broiler for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Evenly spread the garlic sauce over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Take a submarine roll and slice it in half lengthwise. Layer the sliced ham and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
