Prepare the Pancake Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Prepare the Scrambled Eggs
In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a little butter, and pour in the eggs. Stir gently until fully cooked.

Cook the Bacon
In a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C), lay out bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
