Prepare the Strawberry Mixture
In a mixing glass, muddle the fresh strawberries until they are broken down and juicy.
Mix the Sour Base
Add the fresh lemon juice and simple syrup to the muddled strawberries. Stir well to combine.
Add Strawberry Purée
Incorporate the strawberry purée into the mixture and stir until fully blended.
Combine with Sparkling Water
Pour the strawberry mixture into a large pitcher. Slowly add the sparkling water and gently stir to combine, being careful not to lose the fizz.
Serve
Pour the spritzer into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry and an orange slice.
