Waffle Preparation

Prepare the Waffle Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Cook the Waffles
Preheat your Belgian waffle maker. Pour the batter into the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions and cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Plate the Waffles
Stack the waffles on a plate and top with cookie dough bites. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Prepare the Eggs and Bacon/Sausage
Cook two eggs to your liking (scrambled, sunny side up, etc.). Prepare baked bacon or house-made sausage patties as desired. Serve alongside the waffles.
