Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling your coupe glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of Leopold's Navy Gin, 1 ounce of Dolin Dry Vermouth, and 0.5 ounces of Salers.

  3. 3

    Stir

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill the ingredients thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Strain

Remove the ice water from your chilled coupe glass. Using a strainer, pour the stirred cocktail into the glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Add one olive to the drink. To finish, express a dash of lemon oil over the top of the cocktail by twisting a lemon peel above the glass to release the oils.
