Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

4. Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

5. Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Cool

Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a medium bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter until creamy.

8. Add Sugar and Cocoa

Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing well until fully incorporated.

11. Add Decorations

Top with chocolate shavings and fresh berries as desired.
