Juicing the Lemon
Cut the lemon in half and juice it using a citrus juicer or reamer. Measure out 1 ounce of lemon juice and set aside.

Preparing the Pear
Wash the pear thoroughly. Slice it in half, remove the core, and cut it into thin wedges or cubes, depending on your preference.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Base Ingredients
In a large mixing pitcher, combine the Collins Horizon Verjus, Chartreuse, Shochu, and Pimm's. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

Add Lemon Juice
Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the pitcher and stir again to incorporate the flavors.

Add Pear
Add the prepared pear slices or cubes into the mixture. Stir gently to ensure the fruit is evenly distributed.
Serving

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve in cocktail glasses over ice, garnished with additional pear slices if desired.
