Heat the Cider
In a large pot, pour in the apple cider and place it over medium heat. Allow it to warm up, stirring occasionally.

Add Honey and Lemon
Once the cider is hot, stir in the honey and lemon juice until fully dissolved.

Incorporate Bourbon
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the Evan Williams Bonded Bourbon. Mix well to combine.

Pour into Mugs
Ladle the spiked apple cider into heatproof mugs.

Garnish (optional)
If desired, add a cinnamon stick and a slice of apple to each mug for garnish.
