Method

Base Ice Cream Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Vanilla Ice Cream

Scoop vanilla ice cream into a large mixing bowl and let it soften for about 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate feuilletine until evenly distributed.

Earl Grey Infusion

  1. 2

    Brew Earl Grey

In a cup, steep 2 Earl Grey tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool. Once cooled, fold the Earl Grey tea into the vanilla ice cream mixture.

Lemon Sorbet Preparation

  1. 3

    Make Lemon Sorbet Base

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, 3 cups of sugar, and 2 cups of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Strawberry Lemon Sorbet Preparation

  1. 4

    Make Strawberry Lemon Sorbet

In a blender, combine 2 cups of pureed strawberries, 1 cup of lemon juice, and 1 cup of sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble One Scoop

In a dessert bowl, first add a scoop of the Earl Grey infused vanilla ice cream mixture. Then, top it with a scoop of lemon sorbet followed by a scoop of strawberry lemon sorbet. Serve immediately and enjoy!
