Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass or an old-fashioned glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while preparing the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Horizon Verjus, and Strongwater Aperitif. Add ice to fill the mixing glass halfway.

Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the ingredients slightly.

Prepare the Prosecco
Remove the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the mixed ingredients into the glass.

Top with Prosecco
Gently top the mixture with the Prosecco, pouring it slowly to preserve the bubbles.

Garnish with an orange slice and a single olive or cherry on a cocktail pick.
