Soda Base Preparation

    Make the Sugar Syrup

    In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.

    Add Citric Acid and Flavor Extract

    Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp of citric acid and 1 tsp of your chosen flavor extract (orange or rose). Mix well.

    Cool the Syrup

    Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to a clean glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine Soda Ingredients

    Mix the Soda

    In a large pitcher, combine 1 cup of the prepared syrup with 4 cups of carbonated water. Stir gently to combine.

Orange-Cream Variation Preparation

    Add Cream and Zest

    For the orange-cream variation, add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 tsp of orange zest to the soda mixture. Stir gently until combined.

Lemon-Rose Variation Preparation

    Add Lemon Juice and Rose Water

    For the lemon-rose variation, mix in 1 cup of lemon juice and 1 tsp of rose water to the soda mixture. Stir gently until well combined.
