Wash the oranges, lemons, and limes thoroughly. Cut the oranges and lemons into thin slices, and cut the lime into wedges.

Combine Liquids
In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, Bluecoat gin, Laird's applejack, and pineapple juice. Stir well to combine.

Add the sliced oranges, lemons, and lime wedges to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix the fruits into the sangria.

Pour in the simple syrup according to your taste preference. Stir gently to combine.
