Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash the oranges, lemons, and limes thoroughly. Cut the oranges and lemons into thin slices, and cut the lime into wedges.

  2. 2

    Combine Liquids

In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, Bluecoat gin, Laird's applejack, and pineapple juice. Stir well to combine.

  3. 3

    Add Fruits

Add the sliced oranges, lemons, and lime wedges to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix the fruits into the sangria.

  4. 4

    Sweeten the Sangria

Pour in the simple syrup according to your taste preference. Stir gently to combine.

  5. 5

    Chill the Sangria

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  6. 6

    Serve

Before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine. Serve the sangria over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
