Method

Preparing the Tea

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a kettle, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes. Black tea should steep for 3-5 minutes, green tea for 2-3 minutes, and chamomile for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Strain Tea

After steeping, strain the tea leaves or remove the tea bag from the cup.

Adding Optional Ingredients

    Sweetening

If desired, add 1 tsp of honey to sweeten your tea.

  2. 6
