Salmon

Lemon-Dill Sauce

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on a plate.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of each fillet.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Making the Lemon-Dill Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

  2. 5

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients until smooth.

  3. 6

    Chill the Sauce

Refrigerate the sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon is grilled and the sauce is chilled, place the grilled salmon on plates and generously drizzle the lemon-dill sauce over each fillet.

  2. 8

    Garnish (Optional)

Garnish with extra dill or lemon wedges if desired before serving.
