  1. 1

    Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Once boiling, cover the pot with a lid and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12-14 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cool the Eggs

Transfer the eggs to an ice bath or run them under cold water until completely cool.

  4. 4

    Peel the Eggs

Once cool, gently tap the eggs on a hard surface and peel the shells off.

Assembly

    Slice the Eggs

Carefully slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

  2. 6

    Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine the yolks with green tomato chow chow, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

  3. 7

    Fill the Egg Whites

  4. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle paprika on top of the filled eggs for garnish. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
