Method

Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Form the Crust

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.

  4. 4

    Bake Crust

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool while preparing the filling.

Filling Preparation

  1. 5

    Beat Cream Cheese

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  2. 6

    Add Sugar and Sour Cream

Gradually add the granulated sugar and sour cream, mixing until combined and smooth.

  3. 7

    Incorporate Vanilla and Eggs

Add the vanilla extract and mix in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

  4. 8

    Add Flour

Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.

  5. 9

    Pour Filling into Crust

Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top.

  6. 10

    Bake Cheesecake

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggly.

  7. 11

    Cool Cheesecake

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour to cool gradually. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Topping Preparation

  1. 12

    Prepare Berries

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and gently toss to coat.

  2. 13

    Top Cheesecake

Once the cheesecake is fully chilled, top with the mixed fresh berries just before serving.
